In order fro PayPal to process your order, Cookies must be turned on. Otherwise you will receive an error message and will not be able to complete your order.

To turn on cookies in Microsoft Internet Explorer, click on the "Tools" menu and select Internet Options.

Once the dialog box appears click on the "Privacy" tab and adjust your settings to "Medium High"
